Papa God, thanks for the gifts of your Word and my faith. Thanks too for the many prophets whom you have placed in my life that have helped me to understand your Word and grow in faith. Father, help me to accept, without hostility, the various truths about myself, those that make me uncomfortable and those that bring me joy. Let your Word be that lamp unto my feet O God, and that light unto my path, that the obstacles and snares of the devil may be identified and overcome.
