Papa God, you created all your children with equal amounts of love, gave us all freedom of choice, and invited us to journey with you on this road of life. Fill us today with your wisdom O God, that our choices may bring us life and not death, joy and not pain, hope and not despair. Give us patience on this journey Father, patience with ourselves and with you, patience to wait and trust in your timing, patience to believe in ourselves and in our own goodness. And whenever the moment of our reunion with you arrives O God, may we be found ready, awake and eager, to join you at the heavenly banquet.
