Sometimes you have to let go of a toxic relationship even if you love the person … stressing out over shit that you can get rid of is not good for your mental health
If you are dating someone and you find yourself frequently needing a space or time out from him/her or the relationship that simply means that person and the relationship is not good for you. It’s toxic, it’s a threat to your mental health and happiness. Very simple.
Please get out of your stupid bubble and stop undermining actual abuse victims for rts and not having to defend yourself. Y’all preach a lot about mental health and its misconceptions then stomp on it at the first chance there is.
