Papa God, you know my heart and it’s ways. You know both the strength of my loyalty to you and the weakness of my resolve in staying true to your call to discipleship. Like your disciple Peter, I can be both impulsive and weak, fiercely determined and yet cowardly. Give me today O Godunderstanding to know you, diligence to seek you, wisdom to find you, and a faithfulness that may finally embrace you. May this Holiest of Weeks on this pilgrim journey be, for me, a source of tremendous grace and mercy.
