The word of God tells us, “The Lord will always lead you. He will satisfy your needs in dry land. He will give you strength to your bones. You’ll be like a garden that has much water. You’ll be like a spring that never runs dry. “Isaiah 58:11Today Jesus tells us, “In this world, it’s not easy to admit that you need someone else. It’s often seen as a sign of weakness. But that isn’t true. I created you with I need – a need for me. And I’ve put you in situations that reveal your neediness. So don’t view it as a sign of weakness; it’s a sign of my divine plan.Your greatest need is for the peace you find in my presence. It’s not like the peace of this world, which depends on everything going just right. It’s not something you can get for yourself through hard work or sheer willpower. True, lasting peace comes only from me. You have to spend time in my presence to receive it.Peace comes from trusting me and my ways in your life – through good times and hard times. This isn’t easy, especially during really hard times. But be encouraged: needing me is the key to knowing me better. And knowing me is the greatest gift of all.”If you do what the LORD wants, he will make certain each step you take is sure. The LORD will hold your hand, and if you stumble, you still won’t fall.(Psalm 37:23,24)
