O faithful God, you never send your soldiers into battle without first equipping them for the task. But sometimes O God, our trust in that promise is shaken, and though willing, we become scared and shaken, doubtful and fearful. Help us today to renew that trust in your providence. Nurture our mustard seeds of faith today that we will face every battle, confront every mountain, and disarm every Goliath, confident that you, O God, are always at our sides.
